Are you licensed and insured?
Yes, our contractors license number is GREGGQC947LL. We
have Commercial Liability insurance and our employees are
also covered by the State of Washington Labor and Industries.
Do you clean windows in the rain?
Yes, we clean windows all year long. The rain won’t
get your windows dirty. In fact, they tend to get
dirtier during the dry and dusty season.
How do you clean out the gutters?
We remove the debris by hand and put it in buckets. We
also check the downspouts. If they are clogged, we
will take them apart and unclog them. We do not pressure
wash them out and get debris all over.
What do you think about gutter guards?
There are a variety of gutter guards on the market. None
of them are maintenance free. They can be a helpful
deterrent in keeping debris out of the gutters, but keep
in mind that you will still have to clean your roof and
gutters (and tops of gutter guards) periodically.
Can you give me an estimate over the phone?
Yes, we will ask a few simple questions about your house
(i.e., total square footage of home, type of roof, number
of stories and if you have any unusual windows like storm
windows, etc) in most cases can give you an estimate
right away.
Should I have my roof pressure washed?
No, pressure washing can damage the roof and decreases
the life of the roof.
