Gutter
Cleaning:
Gutter cleaning is an important service for
the maintenance of your home or building. If water
is not draining properly, it can cause leaks and water
damage.
We will clean the debris from your gutters and downspouts.
We are careful not to wash debris down the drains.
We will make sure your system is operating properly
and will contact you if we find any repair needs. We
often will take care of minor repairs while cleaning
the gutters.

Pressure Washing:
Quick & Clear
can pressure wash driveways, sidewalks, decks, siding
and other surfaces. We have excellent equipment and
trained technicians.

Gutter Repairs:
Quick & Clear
will repair your gutters and keep them operating
sufficiently. Gutters that are full often pull loose
and need to be reattached. We will secure the gutters
and downspouts, repair leaks and trouble shoot any
other problems.

Roof Moss Control/Roof Cleaning:
Quick & Clear
will help you maintain your roof. We advise against
pressure washing roofs, as do most roofers. The best
way to maintain a composition, tile or shake roof
is to keep debris off the roof with a blower. When
moss is built up, we agitate it with a brush and
air blow it before we treat it with zinc sulfate.
The moss that is remaining on the roof will change
color and die within 3-4 weeks. The dead moss should
slowly wash away with rain.

Bird Blocking:
Quick & Clear
uses galvanized steel mesh commonly called quarter
inch hardware cloth to keep birds and pests from
entering your home. Often, birds come in through
vent holes underneath the eaves. We have been successful
with keeping birds out of these vent holes with this
material. We recommend covering all vent holes to
keep birds from returning yearly.
